How should I place an order on Shipyaari Blaze panel and make use of Catalogue for Box and Products?

1. Login to Shipyaari Blaze Panel - Use your credentials to log in to the panel. 2. Navigate to Orders - From the side menu, go to Orders > Add Order. 3. Select Business Type and Pickup Address - Business Type: Choose the type of shipment from the dropdown. - Pickup Address: - Select from saved addresses or use Magic Address to copy-paste the address details. - Choose the Address Type and specify the Operational Days. - If the return address is the same as the pickup address, tick the checkbox. 4. Set Pickup Date and Time - Click on the Pickup Date field and select the desired date and time for pickup from the side panel. 5. Enter Delivery Address - Delivery Address: - Select from the saved address book or use Magic Address to autofill details. - Specify the Delivery Address Type and Contact Type. - Click Next to proceed. 6. Add Products to the Order (refer the next 2 screenshots) - Single/Multiple Products: - Select one or more products from the Product Catalogue. - Combos: - Choose manually created or system-generated combos from the catalogue. - If no combo is selected, proceed to select a box for the product. 7. Select a Box for the Products - Saved Boxes: - Select from saved box options in the side panel. - Add New Box: - If required, define new box dimensions and add them to the system. - Multi-Box Orders: - For additional boxes, choose Box 2 and repeat the above step. 8. Confirm Weight - Refer to the system’s weight calculation: - The higher of dead weight or volumetric weight will be considered as the final weight. 9. Choose Preferred Service - Select the desired service from the available shipment options and click Next. 10. Review and Place Order - Order Summary: Review all details in the summary page. - Click on Place Order. - A confirmation popup will display a successful order placement message.

How do I use Global Filters, Date Range Selector and Search Functionality on the OMS?

Step 1 - Navigate to Seller Panel on Shipyaari: Login to the Shipyaari Blaze panel using your Shipyaari Login credentials. Step 2 - Access the Orders Tab: Click on View Orders in the side navigation menu to view the list of orders. Step 3 - Explore the Date Range Selector, Search Field and Filter. Click on the Order status for which the desired filters are to be used (e.g. from Draft, Booked, Picked Up etc.) Click and choose a date range in the top-right corner and then open the filter panel by clicking on it. Step 4 - Explore the Range of Global Filters Available The side panel displays the list of filters that a user can use as per there need. Step 5 Select Delivery Provider: In the Filters panel, click on the dropdown for Delivery Provider/Partners. - Check the box for specific partner/partners to filter orders handled by the provider/providers. Step 6 - Filter by Payment Type: Scroll down in the Filters panel and click on the dropdown for Payment Type. - Select Prepaid or Postpaid to filter orders with requisite payment type. Step 7 - Search Sources: Scroll further in the Filters panel to the Sources field and click on the dropdown. - Check the requisite Channel Source/Sources from which you need to see the orders. Step 8 - Search the Order Type: Scroll further in the Filters panel to the Order type field and click on the dropdown. - Select the desired Order Type (e.g. B2B or B2C). - Click on Apply post all selections from the filters. Step 9 - Review the Filtered Orders under the Booked Tab Verify the results in the Orders table.
